Worship at St. Johns

God is revealed in words of scripture and proclamation; God is experienced through the earthly elements of baptism and communion; and God is found in the fellowship of our brothers and sisters in Christ. All of this happens in worship.

Nourished by Word and Sacrament, those who worship are strengthened and empowered to take Christ’s ministry into the community and the world.

Worship at St. John’s both respects the Church’s tradition and is relevant to our own time and circumstances. Various settings and services from Evangelical Lutheran Worship as well as other sources are used for worship throughout the church year.

St. John’s sanctuary is climate controlled year ’round for the comfort of all worshipers.

Regular Worship Service Schedule

Saturday – 5:30 p.m.

A brief, relaxed worship service in the chapel with Holy Communion.

Sunday – 10:30 a.m.

Our weekly traditional, Lutheran celebration of Holy Communion with choir leadership.
Learning Hour for children and adults is offered regularly preceding Sunday worship. Contact us for more information.
