God is revealed in words of scripture and proclamation; God is experienced through the earthly elements of baptism and communion; and God is found in the fellowship of our brothers and sisters in Christ. All of this happens in worship.
Nourished by Word and Sacrament, those who worship are strengthened and empowered to take Christ’s ministry into the community and the world.
Worship at St. John’s both respects the Church’s tradition and is relevant to our own time and circumstances. Various settings and services from Evangelical Lutheran Worshipas well as other sources are used for worship throughout the church year.
St. John’s sanctuary is climate controlled year ’round for the comfort of all worshipers.
